Q: Collette, what inspired you to start InnoPro?


After a few years at Innovex and supporting executive-level placements, I saw a real need for search solutions that extended beyond the C-suite. Founders and growing teams weren’t getting the depth, precision, or partnership they needed at earlier hiring stages. InnoPro was born to change that—to bring retained search rigor to roles across the business, not just the boardroom.


Q: What makes your approach different from traditional recruitment firms?


We’re not recruiters—we’re a retained search partner. That means we don’t just send CVs—we challenge briefs, benchmark the market, and guide founders through critical decisions. We actively map the market, vet candidates thoroughly, and provide insight at every stage. Most importantly, we don’t take shortcuts. Every search is tailored, and every placement has long-term impact in mind.
